The Great Expansion!


It's been five months since we've opened our doors; and believe it or not, we're getting ready to open a few more!  The construction in the space of the infamous Bill the Butcher is coming to a close!

Designer Georgia Leckie of Inspired Interiors and Costa Mavromatis of Custom Woodwork, have done their magic again and transformed the tainted, maroon, graveyard of a butchery, into a bright and inviting dining room complete with stylish fixtures and wood accents.  

The main dining room will seat 60 guests in addition to the current bar, with the option of a private dining room of up to 50.  Suitable for rehearsal dinners, business meetings, weddings and socials, Salt & Iron will house the only full service banquet room on Main Street!  The two spaces will be connected by an interior walkway, creating a "new" restaurant that will seat a total of 100 diners. This will also create additional space in our bar, which has been filled to capacity most evenings during Happy Hour!

Chef de Cuisine Alex Marek will be featuring seasonal rotating menus with an emphasis on our family style steak and seafood fare.  Wine & whiskey flights, beer tastings, and oyster shucking stations are among the many accompaniments to a unique experience.

Also, please join us in August for a month-long viewing of Wine Foil Artist Amelia Sherrit, in addition to our participation in "Third Thursday" Edmonds' Art Walk Aug. 20.
