It's hard to believe, but March marks the first anniversary for Salt & Iron in Edmonds! We have had such a tremendous year downtown serving our beloved Edmonds community, and we have week full of activities planned to celebrate with you!

March 28 - The Bollivar (Rittenhouse Rye, Carpano Antico, Fernet Branca, Luxardo Maraschino, Laphroaig rinse, orange peel) Named after Edmonds' founder George Brackett's pet bull

March 29 - The Beeson Revival (Scratch G&T style gin, Crème de Violette, lime juice, grapefruit juice, simple) Named for Roscoe Beeson, who revived building at 4th & Main after 1909 major fire

March 30 - The Founding Fortner (Bulleit bourbon, lemon juice, simple, Lustua East India Solera sherry) Named for Fred Fortner, Edmonds' longest tenured mayor (18 years)

March 31 - The Uplift Society (Principe de los Apostoles gin, Green Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse, orange bitters, lemon peel) Named after Prohibition era "drinking society" now sponsors of the popular Polar Bear Plunge each Jan. 1
