Whiskey Dinner Feb. 8 - A Taste of Heaven Hill

Join us Wednesday, February 8 for a whiskey dinner, featuring a taste of Heaven Hill Brands’ offerings, and cocktails paired with a five-course dinner menu. Brand Ambassador Travis Zinkel will be on hand to discuss the pairings created by our Chef de Cuisine Alex Marek and Bar Manager Jin Link. 

1st Course: Scallops

Bacon wrapped scallop, frisee, micro greens, beurre blanc

Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond, Cardamaro, lemon, simple, egg white, bitters

2nd Course: Shrimp

Shrimp, risotto, gochujang, gypsy peppers, landjäeger

Elijah Craig 12 year, Ancho Reyes, simple, Scrappy’s Firewater bitters

3rd Course: Pork

Crisp pork belly, mushroom & potato confit, English pea purée, balsamic reduction

Evan Williams Single Barrel, Cynar, sweet & dry vermouth, Angostura bitters, Rye caramel syrup

4th Course: Steak

Filet mignon, bourbon demi-glace, maple glazed brussels sprouts

Pikesville rye, Carpano Antica, Fernet Branca, Luxardo Maraschino, Laphroaig rinse

5th Course: Dessert

Chocolate Bourbon Mousse
