Kevin "El Tigre" Favro has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry including Northwest staples like Cactus, Arnies & Piatti Restaurant.  His vast experience in cuisine and love for a clean and precise plate, makes him the ultimate warrior in the Salt & Iron kitchen!  Don't be shy, next time you visit say "Hi!".

Service & Beverage Director | Jin Link

Jin has been a staple bartender of the community for more than a decade.  His background in mixology was shaken, not stirred, from places like Scott's Bar & Grill and Rory's of Edmonds.  With his latest venture as Bar Manager at Salt & Iron, he is able to capture the history and community of Edmonds and present it via "liquid storytelling".

With a background in early childhood education, Lauren has blessed us with her kind and gentle personality ready to serve the best event possible!  Her attention to detail will surely provide a relaxing and enjoyable evening for you and your guests.  Lauren is "At Your Service"!


Chef Kaytlin has a creative sweet and savory side.  She manages Feedme Hospitality Restaurant Group's pastry program as well as our Catering program at Shooby Doo Catering.  Her creativity expands over a dozen different cuisines and styles.  Her team will dazzle you with the most satisfying sweets you've ever had!


Meet Skyeler, a veteran of the restaurant industry with long term experience in restaurants across Washington. Most recently as executive chef at Waterbrook Winery in Walla Walla, Skyeler brings his unique persepective on food and Northwest flavors.
